1. You can cancel your order two days before the meal, after it was paid from orders history - remove
2. In emergency case you can cancel your order till 4 pm in the day before the meal by e-mail to qqs.bg@abv.bg or by call to 0884 990 208

1. The sum of canceled orders is returning it your bank account till 5 days after cancel.
2. We can replace the canceled order by another if you like to. You can choose the new order using our webpage or by call to 0884 990 208

If for some unforeseen circumstances we can not deliver the ordered food you have two options:

1. We will replace it for another order by your choice.
2. We will return the sum in your bank account.
